Eight Weeks to Fabulous

As well as her 1-1 sessions and corporate workshops Sharon is also delighted to introduce the second run of the phenomenally successful 8-weeks to fabulous course. Join Sharon every Monday night for eight sessions and learn everything you need to about looking totally fabulous. The women who joined the pilot session had an absolute ball and all achieved amazing transformations.

Every week they made little changes with colour, style, make-up, fitness, nutrition and over eight weeks those little changed added up to a big difference.

If you are really serious about making changes and becoming the best that you can be then this is the course for you. Each week looks at a different aspect of looking good and feeling great. Sharon will not let you give up. She’ll be tough on you and get you looking and feeling the best that you every have been. The group works as a team and you'll get all the motivation you need to succeed with their support.

As well as becoming more fabulous most participants lost 3-6kg and became fitter and healthier with the help of our guest personal trainer and diet coach. Free 1-1 life coaching session to keep you on track!

Week 1 - Goal Setting

During week one you will firmly commit to what you want to achieve. You’ll develop your own personal roadmap and I’ll be giving you the tools that you need in order to successfully complete the 8 weeks. Set yourself HUGE goals and Sharon and her team will make sure you achieve them.

Week 2 - Colour you Confident

This week is about adding colour to your life. Wearing the right colours can make you look younger, healthier and more vibrant. You’ll become confident mixing and matching and understanding what patterns suit you too.

  • Adding colours in accessories

Week 3 – Make-up Master class

At the end of week 3 you’ll have lots of new ideas on how to achieve a polished groomed look for the day and then turn that into a sultry smokey look for night. You’ll be learning about products, brushes and correct application. No more excuses of wanting to sleep an extra 10 minutes. Get out of bed and do your make-up!

Week 4 – Body Basics

Do you understand your body shape? This week you will learn to look at your body differently. You will be able to accentuate your assets and camouflage your flaws! (What flaws!) You will feel confident about your assets and learn what is great about you.

  • Learning how to accentuate your assets with the right fabrics, clothing lines and styles

Week 5 – Style Personality

If you are confused by all the shops in the mall and never know where to look then this will be a great week for you. This week you will discover exactly what type of fabulous diva you should really be

  • Understanding what makes you tick fashion wise
  • How to avoid having clothes you never wear
  • Increase your style confidence
  • You’ll have your own signature style!

Week 6 – Hair Essentials

Do you actually have a style or are your long limp or frizzy locks aging you and making you look frumpy? This week with the help of one of Singapore’s top hairdressers, Alison Kerlin you will learn:

  • Which hairstyles could make you young and funky
  • How to style your hair in Singapore
  • What products should you really be spending your money on?

Week 7 – Wardrobe Weeding & Shopping

Crunch time! You’ve been getting advice and gaining confidence perhaps you have even been buying things and making a few changes already but these week you’ll really need to be taking some action.

  • How to manage and organise your wardrobe
  • The chic must-haves
  • How to shop online and buy clothes on Ebay
  • How to create a capsule wardrobe

Week 8 – Super Confidence & Celebration

The final week is about walking taller, communicating better and increasing your va-va-voom. This week you’ll be celebrating being slimmer, healthier, fitter, more stylish, more in control you’ll be Utterly Fabulous! Plus I'll share how to look totally fabulous in every photograph taken of you!
